1. Operations Executive

Educational background: Diploma/ MBA in Travel and Tourism

Professional experience: 2-3 years of operational experience with a travel firm.

Skills Required:

  • Must be committed to providing excellent customer service,
  • Should be flexible and adaptable to change when required. 
  • Strong problem solving skills are required.
  • Good knowledge of international and domestic destinations and hotels.
  • Good written and oral communication.

Job Description:

  • Handling all reservation calls, sending the reservation voucher, replying to the mails
  • Handling of operations for inbound tours.
  • Designing itineraries, vacation packages, costing and hotel booking.
  • Providing Support to Sales staff by providing all the data (quotations etc.) to them.
  • Error free updation of the bookings made on the system 
  • Coordinating with the central operations team.
  • Managing suppliers and effectively communicating with them.
  • Coordinating with the accounts department for payments / remittances.

2. Operations Manger-Inbound

Educational background: Diploma/ MBA in Travel and Tourism

Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of prior work experience with a travel firm.

Skills Required:

  • Must possess strong technical skills. 
  • Must have good written and oral communication.
  • Self-motivated and have excellent leadership skills. 
  • Must be committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong problem solving skills are required.
  • Capability to work in 24*7 environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sustaining the customer satisfaction and overall quality of the department.
  • Answers client inquiries and resolves client complaints.
  • Works closely with account retention and sales team to develop and maintain travel programs.
  • Anticipates situations conditions and suggests alternate courses of action to meet the demands of existing, new, changed and peak conditions.
  • Communicate and implement new policies and procedures to all agents.
  • Responsible for all the day-to-day support and operation activities including providing hands-on technical troubleshooting to resolve production incidents in a timely manner.

3. Executive- Contracting

Educational background: Diploma/ MBA in Travel and Tourism

Professional experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience with a travel firm.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Negotiation Skills.
  • Knowledge about the Hotels.
  • Basic knowledge of Operations.
  • Good Oral & Written Communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Meeting Hoteliers at office and attending their call.
  • Visiting Hotel properties to have knowledge about the hotels & services.
  • Negotiating on the rates with the Hoteliers.
  • Circulation of updated rates / new properties / offers via emails.
  • Feeding the rates in the software.
  • Sending Hotel Contract Letter to all the hoteliers prior to the arrival of new season.

4. Outbound Sales Executive

Educational background: Diploma/ MBA in Travel and Tourism

Professional experience: 2-3 years of operational experience with a travel firm.

Skills Required:

  • Good Knowledge of the Products

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience in B2B Sales

Job Description:

  • Plan and perform personal B2B sales activities with a focus on larger businesses.
  • Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
  • Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
  • Meeting the Prospective Customers as and when required.
  • Handle customer needs and requirements.
  • Accountable for delivering a high quality customer experience while meeting aggressive sales goals.
